Currency Conversion
There is a "Currency" box in the left hand side bar on all product pages. By selecting your chosen currency you can then browse the website with all product prices and shipping charges shown in the currency of your choice.As you move around the website, all prices will be in the currency you have chosen. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated in your chosen currency, as you add items to your cart.
International Postage
We ship daily, using NZ Post. All International orders are sent "International Air" which has a target delivery timeframe once we have dispatched your parcel, of 4-10 days to anywhere in the world. Your orders are collected from us early each afternoon, so count the first full day as the day after we sent it.
Once your payment has been received & noted, you will be sent an email updating your order status to "Complete".

Our main restriction in sending international orders is that any order must not weigh more than 20kg, cannot have a maximum length in one direction of more than 1.05 meters, and the combined length and girth measurements cannot exceed 2 meters.
It is no cheaper for international customers to place a single order over 20kg, and single orders over 20kg add extra work for us to make separate manual invoices as we had to make multiple packages to send your order. We encourage customers with orders exceeding 20kg to put in multiple orders of around 18kg. This makes the process much easier and faster for us, meaning less delay in getting it dispatched to you.
Payment Options
For all purchases outside of either New Zealand or Australia, the payment method is Paypal. Paypal is integrated into our checkout system and you will be taken there automatically when you select it as your payment option. There is a 4% surcharge added to paypal orders as you go through the checkout, this will be clearly labelled on your invoice. This is the fee that is charged to us by paypal for accepting your payment.
Australian Customers
If you are in Australia, you have the option to order through our Australian sister website - GBAU.com.au. As you go through the checkout you'll be given the option of paying via direct debit into the GreenBeans Australia CBA account, or by paypal.However if you are in Australia but choose for whatever reason to order via this New Zealand website, you can pay via paypal or via Direct Debit into this Commonwealth Bank Account:

Checkout
It is first a lot easier if you register on our website. This allows you a lot of added benefits when looking through our website and if you leave the site, everything you have already added to your cart will still be there upon your return.
Add the items you want into your cart and when ready then proceed the order through the checkout. If it will not let you proceed it through, then we have not set up postage calculations for your country yet. Email and let us know, and we will add your country to the website options. If you are registered on the website, then as soon as we have added your location, everything will be still in your cart for you to come back and proceed it through the checkout.
